The new TORO ProEdge multi-edge polishing system from Superabrasive is an ideal solution for any single-head, multi-edge automated polishing machine, such as Superabrasive’s Park Pro-Edge.
The TORO ProEdge features two metal bond shaping wheels, in coarse and fine grits, as well as three resin polishing pads. This system is designed to fabricate and polish various types of profiles, including flat, bevel, half and full bullnose, and pencil round, and achieves excellent results on both natural and engineered stones.
It can achieve a superior polish on the flat portion of an edge using only five steps, and its unique design allows water to flow between the edge of the stone and the tool, which prevents burning and smearing on engineered materials.
