The American Concrete Institute will be hosting the ACI Concrete Conference on Fiber-Reinforced Polymers virtually on June 1-2, 2021. The event will consist of six hours of technical presentations presented by industry experts over the course of two days. The conference will run from 8:00 AM EDT to 11:00 AM EDT June 1-2, 2021.
The conference will feature the innovative ways FRP is being used in the concrete industry and will also highlight the practical application of how the material can extend the service life of concrete. Conference presentations will focus on projects where risk of corrosion leads to use of FRP, case studies of unique uses of FRP in concrete projects internationally, how FRP composites are used for seismic strengthening, coastal construction using FRP to reinforce concrete, and more.
