By purchasing 100% of the Rhino Carbon Fiber business, AGT furthers its growth strategy through geographic expansion in the United States and Canada. The U.S. supply office are in Zeeland, Michigan. The headquarters will remain in AGT’s Mississauga, Ontario location.
