Garry Haferbier has joined the Allen Engingeering Corp. sales team as the Rental Sales Manager. Haferbier has over 30 years of experience in the rental and light construction equipment industry. He started his career in a family-owned rental yard while pursuing an engineering degree and since then; has acquired significant industry experience working for several leading equipment manufacturers.
In this new position Haferbier will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing all the independent sales representatives that sell Allen Equipment into the North American rental channel. He will also be AEC’s main point of contact for all promotions, activities, and events related to independently owned rental centers.
Haferbier will continue in his role as the Vice President of Sales at Equipment Synergy International (ESI) which is a manufacturer and distributor of small-to-medium construction equipment which includes light compaction, concrete placing & finishing, concrete cutting, dewatering pumps and related specialized equipment.
This dual role with AEC & ESI is the result of the joint marketing agreement between the two companies that was announced July 1, 2012. This agreement was designed to help both companies grow their equipment presence in the important domestic construction equipment rental market.
