Allen to build Miller Power Buggies

Allen Engineering Corp. has entered into an agreement to acquire the Miller Power Buggy line from Th e Miller Spreader Co. Upon completion of the acquisition, AEC will begin manufacturing both the walk-behind and ride-on Miller Power Buggies in their factory in Paragould, Ark. Th e Miller Power Buggy line will join the Allen Concrete Equipment and Allen Concrete Pavers lines, which are currently designed, engineered and manufactured by AEC in Arkansas. Other Miller products, including its lines of curb extruders and aluminum hand tools, will continue to be manufactured at Miller’s facility in Youngstown, Ohio. ? www.alleneng.com
