ASA’s 2024 Outstanding Shotcrete Project Awards

The 2025 American Shotcrete Association (ASA) Shotcrete Convention and Technology Conference concluded on March 12 in the picturesque city of Savannah, GA. Attendees delighted in Savannah’s southern charm while tapping into the energy and expertise of ASA members actively shaping the shotcrete marketplace.

This year’s convention offered a rich blend of opportunities, from networking sessions and insightful presentations showcasing advancements in the shotcrete industry to the celebration of our Outstanding Shotcrete Project Award winners.

The convention culminated in our highly anticipated annual awards banquet—a vibrant evening where we honored the exceptional quality and remarkable diversity of shotcrete projects from around the world. These projects highlight the inherent advantages of shotcrete placement, including enhanced sustainability, architectural creativity, increased efficiency, and unmatched quality, all underpinned by concrete’s inherent durability and serviceability.

“We applaud these outstanding projects and the shotcrete contractors, suppliers, engineers, and owners who built them. They exemplify the best of shotcrete placement in modern concrete construction,” said Charles Hanskat, Executive Director of the ASA.

The winners were selected by an awards committee comprised of shotcrete professionals who dedicated their time and expertise to review the nominees.
