The Freedom Tower, located at the site of the former World Trade Center in Manhattan, is currently being constructed with iCrete, an environmentally friendly type of concrete from iCrete LLC.
Use of the iCrete System means a reduction of up to 40 percent in greenhouse gases, plus advanced mix designs, higher performance and quality control.
The concrete designed by iCrete for the Freedom Tower is reportedly the highest-strength concrete ever poured in New York. The Revel Casino Resort in Atlantic City, reportedly the world’s greenest casino resort, is also being built with iCrete. To date, it is the largest project in New Jersey to use iCrete technology.
