C&W Environmental Solutions is pleased to announce that Bill Werra has joined the company as Chief Growth Officer and a member of the executive leadership team. The newly created position aligns sales and marketing with product and business development to deliver new value to its customers and expand its reach into new markets.

The position leverages the experience, relationships and also the industry knowledge Werra has built over a successful 25-year career. Most recently, he was vice president of commercial operations for Sentry Equipment. Here, Werra directed the company’s expansion into new markets, led several strategic acquisitions, and managed Sentry’s sales, distribution network and marketing teams. He began his career in sales and sales management for Schenck Process LLC, a leading industrial solutions provider, where he managed a network of dealers, many of whom are today part of C&W’s dealer network.

Werra is currently the immediate past president of the Process Equipment Manufacturers’ Association and is a member of the organization’s executive committee and board of directors. He also serves as a member of the Association of Corporate Growth – Wisconsin’s board of directors and program committee.
He is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
