C&W Environmental Solutions, a leader in dust collection and air pollution control, recently announced the promotion of Steve Duncan to chief operating officer. In this new role, Duncan will continue to manage the company’s operations. He will also assume a greater role in the management of the business through administrative oversite. Additionally, he will manage new product development and strategic planning and execution.
The strategic plan includes significant upgrades to the company’s manufacturing capabilities to enhance productivity and also better position C&W to enter new markets. Duncan will manage the capital expenditure plan. He will draw on more than 29 years of expertise and experience in engineering, financial and operations management.
“For the past 14 years, Steve has brought an unmatched level of personal commitment and passion to all aspects of our business. He has built significant trust as a mentor to C&W employees across the company,” said Deryl Beakley. Beakley is the president of C&W. “Steve is our chief executor. He has the unique ability to collaborate and lead the development and implementation of a broad range of initiatives.”
As a member of the executive team, Duncan will work closely with Beakley and recently hired C&W chief growth officer Bill Werra to drive the future of C&W.

Steve is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
