Hundreds of decorative concrete contractors, construction material retailers, and ready mix concrete producers came to Springfield, IL with one purpose in mind: to attend the Decorative Concrete Fair. The Decorative Concrete Fair was three days of educational demonstrations and seminars, hosted by Solomon Colors between August 17 and 19, 2017.
The Decorative Concrete Fair was designed to offer an unparalleled educational and networking opportunity for the decorative concrete professional. Featuring some of the most notable decorative concrete trainers and most successful contractors, the Decorative Concrete Fair is a uniquely comprehensive development opportunity. To further benefit attendees, the whole event was offered at an exceptionally low cost of $50 for pre-registrations and $100 for day-of registrations. Each registration gave the attendee unfettered access to every demonstration, seminar, plant tour, and aspect of the show.
With over a dozen demonstrations and seminars over a three-day period, the Decorative Concrete Fair is arguable the decorative concrete industry’s most comprehensive training event. Over 360 attendees in the first year, and many more expected to come in the future, also make it one of the industry’s largest such events. The event also included in-depth tours of the Solomon Colors headquarters and production facility. Solomon Colors plans to continue hosting the Decorative Concrete Fair, growing and improving the event based on attendee feedback and industry developments.
