Marshalltown Co. has added two new epoxy floats to its premier Marshalltown brand, both featuring the durable and ergonomic DuraSoft handle. The floats offer beveled edges and rounded front corners, as well as harder and stiffer pads for handling demanding applications. The plastic backing plate is recessed to prevent scraping. The floats come in 10-inch by 4-inch and 12-inch by 3-inch models, and the larger float has an offset handle and narrow plate for working in tight places. Marshalltown has also introduced a new line of functional, tough Marshalltown nylon tool bags. The blue and black bags offer a variety of pocket configurations and come in three sizes and styles. The company has redesigned its Mud Masher for improved leverage and efficiency. The new masher features a sturdy 23-inch hardwood handle with a “D” grip design. Finally, Marshalltown has released four new aluminum handle sections designed to be versatile extensions for many tools, including bull floats and fresnos. The sections come in lengths of 48 inches, 96 inches, 120 inches and 144 inches, and complement previously existing 60-inch and 72- inch models. All are 13⁄4 inches in diameter and interlock with other poles. For more information, visit www.marshalltown.com or call (800) 987-6935.
