Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects PC, a New York-based architecture firm, has been presented with an Award of Merit from the Concrete Industry Board for TEN23, a luxury residential complex adjacent to New York City’s High Line Park.
The recently completed project, developed by Equity Residential, is a striking 12-story residential tower with 111 luxury rental apartments. The property is adjacent to the High Line. The façade of TEN23 features translucent glass set within an ornamental cast-in-place concrete frame. It also features a playful pattern inspired by the number ten.
