MBW recently announced the promotion of Heather Hughes to the position of Marketing Manager effective November 1, 2018.
Over the last 16 years, Heather has held the position as the Advertising Manager. This promotion recognizes her contributions in customer support, brand development and consistency, digital marketing and social media presence. This new position adds the following functions to her previous duties:
- Managing the Marketing Department staff
- Planning & budgeting to make the most impact in expanding MBW’s brand
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
