After a long and successful career of 42 years at Ardex Americas, Mike Tracy will be leaving the company at the end of 2024. Ardex would like to recognize and thank Mike for all the years of dedication and commitment in helping shape and build the Ardex business into a leading company in this industry.
Mike has been a part of many pieces of the Ardex story:
- As one of Ardex’ first Regional Sales Managers, Mike helped lead the sales efforts by pioneering the self-leveling technology, building sales teams and establishing key customer relationships first in Chicago/Midwest and then in the Northeast and International markets.
- With his systematic, tenacious and comprehensive approach, Mike then focused on business development initiatives that helped Ardex diversify and broaden its market impact both geographically and with new product and service launches. Mike was involved with international expansion into Canada, the Caribbean Basin and Latin America and with launches into ECRS (Engineered Concrete Repair Systems), APCS (ARDEX Polished Concrete System), ACMS (ARDEX Concrete Management Systems), the ARDEX ARDIFLOW High-Capacity Pumping systems, Global BIM content creation and hosting, M & A Team leadership and most recently ARDEX Offsite Modular Pre Fab Systems. Mike has clearly left an indelible mark over the years.
Mike was not only instrumental in building the foundation and growth of the Ardex business over his career with Ardex, but with his knowledge, passion for the industry and unmatched work ethic, he has gained the respect and friendship of many industry leaders and Ardex colleagues alike.
Again, Ardex would like to thank Mike for all he has done and wish him only the best in his future endeavors. They also wish for him and his family – his wife Loretta, their three sons and now a generation of six grandchildren – a continued life of success, good health and happiness!
