Milwaukee Tool is delivering unrivaled productivity for commercial and residential concrete contractors with the new M18™ Switch Tank™ Interchangeable Sprayer and Water Supply System, which includes an interchangeable 4-Gallon Concrete Sprayer and Water Supply. Core to the new system is the M18™ Switch Tank™ Powered Base, which provides power to the Concrete Sprayer or Water Supply and has a unique backpack frame with wide straps for comfort during extended spraying applications. The M18™ Switch Tank™ Interchangeable Sprayer and Water Supply System delivers instant, constant, and adjustable pressure with no manual pumping, and users can easily add on or replace any of the compatible tanks.

How It Works
Each SWITCH TANK™ solution is made up of two components – the M18™ SWITCH TANK™ Powered Base and the Water Supply or Sprayer Tank Assembly. The Powered Base includes the motor, REDLITHIUM™ battery compartment, and REDLINK™ electronics, while the interchangeable Tank Assembly includes its pump, hose, and respective accessories. The isolated pump and hose design allows users to add on additional Tank Assemblies for different applications, eliminating cross-chemical contamination.

Designed to meet the needs of concrete contractors, the 4-Gallon Backpack Concrete Sprayer delivers instant, constant and adjustable pressure up to 120 PSI and a 25 ft spray distance.

Designed to meet the needs of concrete contractors, the 4-Gallon Backpack Concrete Sprayer delivers instant, constant and adjustable pressure up to 120 PSI and a 25 ft spray distance. The 5-mode pressure adjustment knob adjusts pressure between 20 – 120 PSI with a high flow rate optimized to cover a large surface as quickly as possible. When equipped with an M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC3.0 Battery it provides up to 12 tanks of spraying per charge. The tank is built for compatibility with concrete chemicals and features a dual diaphragm pump and Viton® seals for longer pump life and increased durability. In addition, a wide mouth opening allows for easier pouring and a strainer filters debris from getting into the tank.

Designed to meet the water supply needs for concrete cutting and coring, the 4-Gallon Backpack Water Supply delivers instant, constant and adjustable pressure up to 60 PSI and helps users be OSHA® Table 1 Compliant.* The 5-mode pressure adjustment knob adjusts pressure between 20 – 60 PSI for ultimate control. When equipped with an M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC3.0 Battery it provides up to 12 tanks of water delivery per charge. The tank features a dual diaphragm pump for increased durability and longer pump life. The tank also has a wide mouth opening for easier pouring and a strainer that filters debris from getting into the tank.

* To be compliant with the new regulation** companies prove they are under the PEL by following Table 1 standards, demonstrating objective data, or conducting their own self-monitoring programs, as laid out by OSHA.

** The new OSHA regulation on respirable crystalline silica dust (29 CFR 1926.1153) started to be enforced for the construction trades on September 23, 2017. This regulation reduces the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) to 50 µg/m3 over an 8-hour period and will affect jobsite nationwide.
