Whiteman’s hydrostatic ride-on power trowels from Multiquip Inc. have been on the market for more than 60 years.
Currently two models are available, the STX and HTX Series, and both are equipped with Yanmar Turbo Diesel engines. The STX is slightly more powerful, running on a 60-horsepower engine while the HTX Series runs on 44 horsepower. The units are manufactured with 60-inch and 48-inch blades respectively. Nonoverlapping rotors have dual joystick controls and simple, trouble-free design. Cool running design virtually eliminates problems caused by overheating under harsh operating conditions, and state-of-the-art hydraulics eliminate gearboxes, clutches and belts.
