The Cemstone – TCC Materials Group, leaders in the ready-mixed concrete and construction materials industry, have announced the appointment of two new Vice Presidents: Lia Draxler, Vice President of Human Resources and Nate Schroedl, Vice President of Information Technology.
Lia Draxler joined the company in 2012 as the Director of Human Resources. She brought a breadth of experience in human resources in multiple industries including both manufacturing and retail. Draxler has been a key addition to the company’s senior leadership team, with contributions to employee onboarding, recruitment, and also management of many company acquisitions over the past nine years. Draxler is a leader in helping keep the company’s health and welfare plans current and world-class. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, and also a master’s degree in Human Resources from the Concordia University. She has held a Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification since 2008. Most recently, she was also a member of the 2019 Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Leaders Lab.

About Nate Schroedl
Nate Schroedl joined the company in 2005 as a Security Analyst. Throughout Nate’s career with the Cemstone – TCC Materials Group, he has held several roles. These roles include Infrastructure Manager and Information Technology Manager. Most recently, he was the Director of Information Technology. Throughout his career, Schroedl has been instrumental in leading several Information Technology initiatives. Some of these include converting, developing, and implementing electronic offerings, security awareness training, paperless initiatives, and reporting projects. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Information Technology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
