Ryan Chance has been appointed President of Bay Area Concretes, Inc. and PolishedCrete, effective January 1, 2019. Michael Price has stepped down as President after 20 years in the position, and assumes the responsibility of Chief Executive Officer and also Co-Owner of Bay Area Concretes, Inc. along with his long-time business partner Jonathan Vasquez (Chief Operating Officer) and the brand new President Ryan Chance. Together, this team plans to continue their successful program of controlled growth over the past 10 years, into the future.
Previous experience
Ryan Chance previously held the position of Vice President of Sales for the past 5 years. Ryan had many years of previous entrepreneurial success, as the owner of R.C. Ready Mix in Livermore California and the owner of Car Spa Car Wash, in San Jose California. Additionally, he owned a commercial flooring business and is a proprietor of several other local business models over the years. Ryan has the true entrepreneurial spirit of all successful people and will drive BAC forward with style and intelligence.

He and his wife, Lisa Marie, of 20 years, are parents of 2 teenage children, Caleb and Carly. The family resides in the quiet wine country town of Livermore, California. Ryan went to college at Sacramento State. Additionally, he has aspirations to become the mayor of Livermore someday.
