The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) welcomes the Louisiana Concrete Association (LCA) as its newest Affiliate member. LCA joins 17 other regional groups, who together with NPCA help grow the concrete industry within their respective areas.
Formerly the Concrete & Aggregates Association of Louisiana (CAAL), LCA represents organizations in Louisiana who together promote the use of concrete in construction throughout the state, providing the public with quality products that are safe, cost-effective and environmentally sound. LCA members include facilities that work within the precast concrete industry as well as cast-in-place concrete, concrete pipe, precast/prestressed, concrete paving and companies that supply those industries.
“LCA is the leading voice of the concrete industry in Louisiana, and we are excited to join with them to promote the advantages of concrete within the Bayou State,” said Tom Rodak, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at NPCA. “Our common goal offers us numerous advantages, including the sharing of expertise, the expansion of our networks, heightened industry visibility, strengthened advocacy endeavors and increased business prospects for our members.”
