UDT’s Clean & Seal and Grind & Seal systems beautify concrete and provide maximum protection without the need for thick-film builds that require large volumes of product. This saves on material costs and multiple grinding steps, which equates to savings for both the contractor and the customer.

UDT’s Thin-Film Systems include the following:
- Clean & Seal with IMPACT
- Clean, Dye, & Seal with IMPACT

To achieve the Clean & Seal with IMPACT system:
- Thoroughly clean the concrete–no need to grind!
- Apply UDT Concrete Dye (optional)
- Roll on 1 coat of IMPACT water-based urethane
To achieve the Grind, Prime, & Seal with Ultra HTS system:
- Grind to CSP 2 or 3 and expose aggregate
- Apply UDT Concrete Dye (optional)
- Apply 1 thin coat of MC-UV Epoxy
- Roll on 1 coat of Ultra HTS high-solids urethane
