Pilosio, a leading Italian company producing formworks and scaffoldings, has launched a new product at World of Concrete 2015 and introduced all of its products to the North American market.
Magnum Evo is the latest formwork which launched for the first time during World of Concrete 2015. Pilosio has improved the Magnum system with new details, two different coating finishes and three different panels. Magnum Evo has higher quality, higher capacity and is more cost-effective than the previous version.
Magnum Evo formwork for walls is the ideal solution for large sites and for obtaining high productivity even in the most severe conditions and on the most complex work sites. The high quality of finishing achieves better surfaces and high durability of formworks.
Advantages of Magnum Evo include modular panels that can be used both vertically and horizontally and high productivity for a large dimension panel with a surface of 7.2 square meters requiring only 1 tie rod every 1.8 square meters. The strong material offers Improved flexibility thanks to rail section of cross profiles. The system comes with awWide range of accessories for every need (angular hinges, service brackets, panel sealing, support brackets, contrast beams). Three different options allow for reinforcement of the corner nodes according to the needs of the site, and two different coating finishes are available — hot deep galvanized and powder-coated and painted by immersion.
Svelt M curved wall formwork and MP Heavy Duty towers are also new. Svelt M was updated with a new profile to be combined with Magnum and Minimag formwork systems.
MP Heavy Duty towers system is made of “ring lock” MP Pilosio scaffolding. It is used in shoring systems, support towers and heavy duty towers for residential and industrial constructions, infrastructures and oil and gas sector. Pilosio has improved the system with some
new accessories.
