Melissa Frierson is the new Inside Sales Representative for Prosoco. This is a new position at Prosoco. She will provide customer support with focus on Prosoco’s new line of masonry anchors.
Melissa Frierson brings several years of experience in both helical masonry anchors and ties to Prosoco. In addition to having 20 years of experience in customer service, she also previously worked for 8 years at Halfen (a CRH company), which bought Helifix in 2014.
Her experience with inventory, purchasing, procurement and also database management will help establish a smooth sales process for the new product line. Addiitonally, her knowledge of the masonry anchor industry will bring enormous, immediate value to the company. This is according to Brian Barnes, Business Unit Leader of Prosoco’s Anchoring Systems Group.
“Having worked with Melissa for 5.5 years (at Helifix), I know firsthand how respected she is in this business,” Barnes said. “She possesses a unique set of skills that is ideal for this position, and we’re lucky to now have her talents on the Prosoco team.”
Frierson works remotely out of San Antonio, Texas.
