Concrete & Masonry Coatings
Epoxy Garage Floor Coating is a two-part advanced formula water-based epoxy kit that delivers a high-gloss showroom finish with exceptional durability. It is ready-to-use immediately after mixing the two components, and a cleaner, etcher & degreaser is included in kit for surface preparation. It is a high-gloss finish, but has color flakes to provide a non-skid surface. Each kit costs approximately $70 and covers up to 250-300 square feet, the size of a typical one-car garage. Available in Gray and Tan.
Epoxy High-Gloss Coating is a two-part advanced high solids formula water-based epoxy kit that delivers high-solids, clear protective barrier. It is read-to-use immediately after mixing the two components, and provides superior gloss, chemical resistance and durability. An anti-skid additive included in the kit. Each kit costs approximately $74 each, and covers up to 500 square feet on coated concrete and up to 300 square feet on uncoated concrete.
Masonry Waterproofer beautifies and waterproofs porous concrete and masonry surfaces. Its heavy-duty resin technology delivers maximum adhesion and a water-tight barrier that prevents mold and mildew on concrete and masonry surfaces. It is ideal for basement walls, retaining walls, foundations and other porous surfaces. Applied by brush or roller, it covers 100-200 square feet depending on concrete surface porosity at a cost of $30 per gallon pail. Available in Bright White.
Acrylic Concrete Coating is a textured acrylic coating that provides a non-slip, new look finish to concrete surfaces. Cleaner, Degreaser & Etcher is a surface preparation treatment for use prior to repairing, sealing or staining concrete, paver and masonry surfaces. It degreases, cleans stains and oil, and etches the surface to significantly improves adhesion of coatings and repair materials. Available in a concentrated formula at approximately $20 per gallon. It is solvent-free, low odor and low VOC.
Oil Stain Remover is a heavy-duty cleaner that removes oil stains and grease from concrete, paver and masonry surfaces. The solvent-free, low-odor, low-VOC formula is ideal for use on concrete garage floors, driveways and patios. Cost is approximately $15 per gallon bottle.
Efflorescence & Rust Remover is a safe, mild acid that removes efflorescence salts, rust and hard water deposits from horizontal and vertical concrete, pavers, brick, masonry and stucco surfaces. No scrubbing is required. Cost is approximately $20 per gallon bottle.
