H&C Concrete Oil-based Clear Gloss Sealer is silicone-acrylic-based for a high-gloss finish. It seals and protects concrete against harsh UV rays, pool chemicals and water seepage. Its 23 percent solids content make it ideal for use in high traffic areas. It is also highly recommended as a decorative glaze on brick, cement brick, masonry walls and other cementitious substrates. For a higher-gloss finish, H&C Oil-based Concrete Sealer Clear Gloss should be used over H&C Solid Color Solventbased Sealer.
Finally, H&C Concrete offers Concrete & Masonry Waterproofing Sealer. This VOC-compliant flat finish sealer is ideal for use in northern climates. It protects against spalling, freeze-thaw cycles, deicing salts and general weathering. Depending on the porosity of the surface, it can cover between 100 square feet to 250 square feet per gallon and offers numerous advantages, including soap-and-water cleanup.
