Kirk Kazienko – Director of Sales, Specialty Flooring
As Director of Sales, Kirk oversees all sales, technical support, training and commercial resources. He has more than two decades of experience in both the manufacturing and distribution sides of the floor covering industry.
Chris Patterson – Sales Representative, Midwest Region
Chris works with contractors, distributors, architects, engineers, building owners and facility managers throughout the Midwest to identify the best flooring systems for their project or business needs. He has extensive experience bidding, contracting and installing decorative and waterproofing flooring systems in a variety of industries.
Adrienne Malek – Operations General Manager, Specialty Flooring
Adrienne is responsible for all operations, supply chain, customer service, production and planning-related activities at the Phoenix facility. She brings more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry, with a recent focus in waterproofing manufacturing and application.
Mark Pyne – Plant Manager, Specialty Flooring
With more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, including coatings, HDPE plastic extrusion and polymers, Mark oversees and monitors performance at the Phoenix facility as Plant Manager.
Jamie Budek – EHS Compliance Manager
Jamie directs all safety and environmental activities for ICP Construction plants across the country. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the coatings, medical and automotive industries.
