The World Bank, Build Academy, Airbnb, and the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) have launched a global crowd-solving challenge for designs of Resilient Homes. The goal of this challenge is to generate designs for low-cost and sustainable small houses (under $10,000) for people living in vulnerable areas affected by natural disasters.

NRMCA Announces October Dates for ConcreteWorks Northeast 2018

The allied associations of the New York Construction Materials Association, The Massachusetts Concrete and Aggregate Producers Association, the Northern New England Concrete Promotion Association and the Connecticut Concrete Promotion Council in conjunction with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), are pleased to announce their annual ConcreteWorks Northeast conference will be held October 23-24, 2018 at the MGM Springfield Casino, Springfield, Massachusetts.
