The American Concrete Institute (ACI) will hold its 2003 spring convention in Vancouver, British Columbia, from March 30 through April 3. More than 1500 delegates, mainly engineers and contractors from throughout North America and other countries, are expected to attend the five days of meetings, exhibits and related events.
